Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using ZoneFun Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be legally able to accept these Terms, and a parent or guardian should supervise a minor where that is required.

What ZoneFun Game provides

ZoneFun Game provides game-discovery pages, independently written editorial guides, category browsing, search, optional local favorites, comment forms, and links or embeds that open third-party browser games.

A guide is there to help you choose a title. It is not a promise that the provider's current build, controls, device support, advertising or availability will stay the same.

Permitted use

You may browse the public pages, use the guides for personal and informational purposes, save favorites on your own device, open available games through the provided interface, and submit genuine comments in line with these Terms.

Prohibited conduct

• Do not use ZoneFun Game or an embedded game in violation of applicable law or a provider's own terms.

Comments and moderation

You are responsible for the comments you submit and must have the right to share them. You keep any rights you hold in your content and grant ZoneFun Game a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, moderate and remove that content as needed to operate, protect and promote the comment feature and the relevant game page.

We may hold a comment for review, reject it, remove it, preserve related moderation evidence or restrict further submissions when that is reasonably necessary for safety, spam prevention, legal compliance or enforcement of these Terms. Publication of a comment is not guaranteed.

Third-party games, advertising and links

Playable games, thumbnails, advertisements and external destinations may be supplied by third parties who control their own content, availability, purchases, advertising and data practices.

A listing, embed or link does not mean ZoneFun Game owns, sponsors, endorses or partners with the provider. Use those services at your discretion and read their terms before making a purchase or providing information.

Intellectual property and rights requests

The original editorial writing, branding, page layouts and site code of ZoneFun Game are protected to the extent the law provides. Game names, images, software and trademarks remain associated with their respective owners.

Availability, corrections and changes

We may add, schedule, correct, restrict or remove a listing or feature at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of an embedded game, a fixed release order, compatibility with every browser or device, or that a third-party game will remain unchanged.

Disclaimer

Limitation of liability

Suspension and termination

We may restrict access, block submissions or remove content when a user breaks these Terms, threatens the service or another person, abuses site features or creates legal or security risk. Provisions that should survive termination by their nature remain in effect.

Changes, severability and contact

These Terms may be updated as the site or its legal obligations change, and the date above identifies the current version. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest continue to apply. Continued use after an effective update indicates acceptance where that is permitted.
